蘭嶼出現登革熱 病患來自台南

台東在周一出現首位登革熱確診病患後，18日晚間再度有登革熱確診個案，這次在離島的蘭嶼。31歲男子從台南到蘭嶼打工換宿，17日出現發燒、身體不適症狀，前往蘭嶼衛生所就醫抽血檢查，前天晚間確診，衛生局人員昨天進駐蘭嶼，加強環境清潔及消毒。
這名男子10日以前均在台南活動，11日到蘭嶼打工換宿，17日出現不適症狀前往蘭嶼衛生所就醫，由於男子有發燒症狀，衛生局人員為他抽血檢驗，隨後男子搭機離開蘭嶼返回台南。
前天晚間男子檢驗報告出爐，確定感染登革熱，昨天衛生局人員緊急進駐蘭嶼，進行病媒蚊密度調查及孳生源清除，並進行環境消毒工作。
衛生局指出，男子在蘭嶼期間因為工作繁忙，在外活動機會並不多，由於登革熱不會人傳人，衛生局也在島上加強衛教宣導，呼籲民眾不要恐慌。
衛生局強調，蘭嶼病媒蚊指數在平均標準以下，但民眾仍要有環境清潔概念，加強清理孳生源，才能讓病媒蚊無處孳生。
